How long does it take for my order to process?

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times.
What do I do if my order is lost?

If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost -- PLEASE put in a claim with USPS BEFORE sending an email to GRAY@HAUTEMINDVINTAGEFINDS.COM. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
